Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase date. Original tags must be attached.
Holiday Return Policy Extension: Items purchased after Dec. 1 may be returned until January 10, 2017 or within 10 days of purchase date, whichever is longer.
A completed return form must be mailed in with returned items. Do NOT attempt to return items if the above criteria is not met. Our returns department will be unable to process your return, and item(s) will be returned to sender. Click here to download a return form

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank immediately equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated.
**There are no returns on sale items. All sale items are Final Sale**
Because of the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. Exchanges are however accepted in person at our store location for purchases made online or in the store.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
